Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is available internationally in most countries with partial/full tracking.

How long does it take to ship?

Processing Times
It takes about 3-5 business days to process your order (excluding shipping times).
I'll be the only one packaging orders so I appreciate your patience. c:

Estimated Shipping Times (excluding holidays/weekends)

USA: 2 - 3 weeks

Canada: 2 - 4 weeks

Rest of the world: 1 - 2 months

Delays in package deliveries may occur due to COVID-19 or extreme weather conditions.

What postal service do you use?

To reduce shipping costs, I will be using Chit Chats.

Depending on your location, most items will come with partial tracking.

Chit Chats will process your order via delivery and send them to a partnered postal service such as USPS.

What is Chit Chats Collect? (Canadians based in BC/ON)

For Canadians based in BC or ON, you have the option to pick up your order at your local Chit Chats location!

Once this shipping method is selected, the nearest location to your address will notify you via email/phone number. This could be the most cost effective option for some.

All products are shipped from Canada between Mondays and Thursdays.

Customs and duties?

Any customs and duties required for shipments entering your country are the buyer's responsibility.

What if my order got bounced?

We can either;

A. Have the order be sent again with an additional shipping charge.

B. Refund order amount excluding shipping cost.

Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address to avoid orders lost in transit. 

Return Policy

Returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted.

All items are examined carefully before packing and shipping.

I am not responsible for any delays due to peak holiday times and weather conditions.

For any damages or loss that may occur during shipping, please contact your shipping courier.

However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order, I'll do my best to make it right within my capabilities.

Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
